In collaboration with McCann Peru, VML Peru, iconic soft drink brand Inca Kola, and design agency Epoch London, Candela was entrusted with creating a vibrant and extensive visual library for Peru’s most beloved beverage. Over the course of five days in Lima, the production spanned multiple locations, featured a diverse range of talent, and explored countless creative variations. The result is a bold collection of imagery that will appear across digital platforms, print publications, and large-scale billboards nationwide. As a lifestyle photographer specializing in beverage and food photography, Candela infused the project with a fresh, authentic energy. The shoot blended rich storytelling with striking visual techniques—hard shadows, occasional on-camera flash, wide-angle perspectives, and dynamic framing—to evoke motion, spontaneity, and genuine human connection. The final library showcases both product-driven images and lifestyle moments, reflecting the true spirit of Inca Kola’s audience and celebrating the bond between people, food, and the brand. “This project is one I hold close to my heart. The client gave me the freedom to shoot in a way that reflects my personal style—raw, authentic, and far from overly staged. Strong contrasts, natural imperfections, and everyday faces make this a fearless campaign that truly connects with real people.” — Candela Below is a curated selection from the shoot, offering a glimpse into the diversity, creativity, and authenticity that defined this campaign.   Credits   Ad Agency: McCann Ericson Lima, VML-Lima, Epoch Design London Client: Inca-Kola Campaign: Inca-Kola Photo Library Photographer: Mauricio Candela Art Director: Patty Barco AD: Charly Zerox Excecutive producer: Cocler Diaz Production Coordinator: Scarlet Orrego Production Company: Del Mate Productions Location: Lima, Perú
